Yu-ri firmly refused to take her life back if it means taking Seo Woo the chance to live a normal life, she told Gang Hwa that it is the first time she loves someone more than herself and she will not let Seo Woo be haunted by ghosts for the rest of her life.

But Gang Hwa still clings to the tiniest hope that's left of him, he told Yu-ri to live first, and maybe they could still find another way to stop Seo Woo from seeing ghosts but Yu-ri reminded him of the refrigerator incident when Seo Woo almost died because she followed a ghost kid. Gang Hwa also remembers the time Seo Woo told him about the mister that used to live in the apartment with them. Gang Hwa is also worried about Seo Woo but he can't lose Yu-ri again without doing anything but Yu-ri told him that he's done enough and just like what she did years ago, it is her choice to choose Seo Woo over and over again.

Hyun Jung was worried about telling Gang Hwa about Yu-ri's situation but Geun Sang reassures her that she did the right thing because she gave Gang Hwa the chance to do anything he can to save Yu-ri and not just surprised him one day that Yu-ri just vanished without him knowing. Hyun Jung thinks back to her conversation with Yu-ri earlier and she realizes that Yu-ri never gave her an answer whether she will take her life back or not.

Ms. Mi-dong finally found out the reason why heaven sends Yu-ri back to life, it was to fulfill her mom's wish to see her daughter once more. 

Meanwhile, there are only 3 ghosts left in the Columbarium which are Gwin Sun, Hye Jin, and Minja because most of the ghosts were sent off already and some are hiding. Hye Jin asked Minja what would she do about her son because Minja's son has been visiting frequently and he's drunk every time because his business failed again and all the trio could do is sigh.

The next morning, Yu-ri took away all her unused stuff in her room and place it inside the box and her mom doesn't look happy because she intentionally put all of Yu-ri's things that she used ever since she's a kid because it reminds her of Yu-ri as a child who goes to pre-school with a bag bigger than her until Yu-ri went to highschool and cried because she didn't pass her entrance exam, Yu-ri's mom said that if she put away Yu-ri's things, her room would feel like she hasn't been there but Yu-ri smiled at her and told her that if nothing of her left in the world. she will remain in her mom's heart.

Mom went out of the room and her husband quickly notice something weird about her, he asked if she had "that" dream again and she says yes before she heads to the kitchen and pull out the dried seaweed her neighbor gave her.

Gang Hwa is still trying to convince Yu-ri to live, he said that Yu-ri should take her life back first and then they'll figure out how to solve the problem with Seo Woo but Yu-ri knows that there is no other way, she told Gang Hwa that after she's been dead, living feels strange to her now but Gang Hwa couldn't just accept the fact that she has to die again but Yu-ri couldn't do anything but just walk away.

Yu-ri went to Ms, Mi-dong's place and Ms. Mi-dong told her that she now figured out why Yu-ri was sent back to live, it's because of her mom's wish. Ms. Mi-dong said that she always sees Yu-ri's mom praying at the temple, she thought that Yu-ri's mom was praying for her daughter's peace but turned out that she was actually praying to see her daughter one more time. Yu-ri tears up and said that she couldn't see it because she's too focus on Seo Woo but Ms. Mi-dong told her that it's natural for a mom to only think of her child just like her, she lives alone so she could protect her family from seeing ghosts and become like her.

Yu-ri now realized that her coming back to life is not a punishment but a gift, she was able to hug Seo Woo for the first time, seeing her mom again and the fresh air from Hyun Jung's car. Yu-ri decided to not waste her remaining days and enjoy it while she's there. Ms. Mi-dong smiles at Yu-ri and told her that she's now grown into a real mom now.

Yu-ri went to visit Hyun Jung and tell her the decision that she made but just like Gang Hwa, Hyun Jung couldn't just easily let her friend go and still tries to convince her to live but she stopped when Yu-ri asked to help her leave with a smile on her face, Hyun Jung breaks into tears and Yu-ri comforts her while Geun Sang quietly watches them.

Gang Hwa is still desperate to find a way so Yu-ri could live, he found himself searching for an answer at the Columbarium, He looks miserable when Ms. Mi-dong saw him. Ms. Mi-dong told him that she understands what he's feeling but he might regret wasting Yu-ri's remaining days like this.

Gang Hwa quickly assumed that Ms. Mi-dong knows everything and asked if she could do something about it, he even offered himself as a sacrifice, he doesn't care if he'll see ghosts or die he's willing to do anything just so Yu-ri could live but Ms. Mi-dong told him gently that nothing could be done but to send Yu-ri on her resting place properly as a sign of respect.

Back at Hyun Jung's shop, Hyun Jung told Yu-ri that Min Jung visited the other day and gave her the friendship bracelet Min Jung brought for them, Hyun Jung also mentioned about Min Jung's plan on divorcing Gang Hwa made Yu-ri upset because she feels responsible but Hyun Jung told her that it is a problem between Gang Hwa and Min Jung and she doesn't have anything to do about it.

Min Jung's things are already packed before she brings Seo Woo to school, she emotionally stares at Seo Woo's face and told her how pretty she is, Seo Woo seemed like she noticed the sadness in her mom's voice and suddenly brings out a band-aid and put it on Min Jung. Min Jung asked if she looked sick and Seo Woo nods before giving her a hug that made her cry.

Yu-ri was trying to spot Min Jung but she only sees Seo Woo, her attention shifts when Seo Woo suddenly throws up at the playroom, she immediately attends to Seo Woo and carry her on her back to the nearest hospital, Min Jung quickly went to the hospital after receiving the phone call from Seo Woo's teacher. Min Jung's eyes are full of worries and fear but it slowly falls off upon seeing Yu-ri at Seo Woo's side, she asked about Yu-ri's condition and the teachers told her that it was just little entries, after hearing that Min Jung turns her back without even checking on Seo Woo that made the teachers confused. Yu-ri immediately went to talk to Min Jung and Min Jung told her what she's supposed to do when Seo Woo's real mom is already by her side but Yu-ri told her not to leave because Seo Woo and Gang Hwa needs her.

At the temple, Gang Hwa who is coming out of the Columbarium run into Yu-ri's mom, they sat at the nearby bench and Yu-ri's mom asked Gang Hwa what's been bothering him, without telling her everything, Gang Hwa said that he's scared that Yu-ri might disappear again and that's when Yu-ri's mom reveals the dream she's always having ever since Yu-ri came back. In her dream, Yu-ri always say goodbye to her and leaves and she will always feel relieved every morning when she sees that Yu-ri is still there, that dream makes her wonder if Yu-ri only came back to say goodbye and prepare her for the real parting that's why she's now prepared to say goodbye to Yu-ri with a smile.

Back to the hospital, Yu-ri finally told Min Jung everything including her death and Min Jung immediately worries about Gang Hwa, Yu-ri told her that whatever might Gang Hwa said about divorce, he didn't mean it because he was just trying to save her. Min Jung asks why does Yu-ri doesn't hate her and Yu-ri smiled at her and told her that she's actually grateful because when she died, she turned Gang Hwa into a thorny cactus and she feels thankful to Min Jung because she still keeps on to Gang Hwa even if he's so changed. Yu-ri also told her that she's Seo Woo's most favorite person in the world and she felt relief that she is Seo Woo's mom. Min Jung asked if there is another way to make Yu-ri stay but sadly there isn't.

Gang Hwa finally got the message that Seo Woo got hospitalized, he immediately rushes to the hospital and felt shocked and also relief upon seeing Min Jung at Seo Woo's bedside. When they were already outside, Gang Hwa couldn't look her in the eye and just quietly thanked her for being at Seo Woo's side, Min Jung told him that he always thanks her for the smallest things even when she combed Seo Woo's hair, Gang would still thank her as if she's a stranger that's always doing him a favor, Gang Hwa finally said something aside from apologizing, he told Min Jung that he didn't want to regret anything again just like he had with Yu-ri and become too nice to Min Jung. 

Min Jung appreciates that Gang Hwa is finally opening up little by little but she still told him to talk about their divorce but first, he needs to give Yu-ri a good send-off before they settle things between them.

Mom's wish is still in Yu-ri's mind that's why she spends time with her mom at home, Yu-ri's mom sense something after having that conversation with Gang Hwa that's why she finally cooked Yu-ri the seaweed soup that she kept for a long time, she told Yu-ri that she wanted to give her that Seaweed soup once she gave birth not aware that Yu-ri would die by then, she also told Yu-ri about the seaweed soup she made when Yu-ri that went to waste after she died. Mom suddenly asked Yu-ri if she's been with her the whole time and Yu-ri was taken aback and hesitates but her mom seemed to know the truth, mom knew that Yu-ri hid Seo Woo's baby clothes not for herself but for her mom. Yu-ri's mom regrets not being with Yu-ri's side when she died that's why she really pray hard and wish to see Yu-ri one more time so she could apologize, she knows how Yu-ri cried over a small cut on her finger that's why she couldn't stand how Yu-ri would've felt all by herself but Yu-ri reassure her that she was strong the whole time because Seo Woo has been with her. The two hugged and cry in each other's arms.

Gang Hwa is left with no choice but to gives up on convincing Yu-ri to live, he wishes that he had known earlier so he would've let Yu-ri be with Seo Woo more but Yu-ri tells him that she treasured all the precious moments she had especially every time she was able to hug Seo Woo and comfort Gang Hwa when he was in pain. 

"How can I let you go again?" Gang Hwa asked Yu-ri, and Yu-ri apologizes for her decision now and five years ago and thanked him for loving her when they were still together.

Gang Hwa properly tucked Seo Woo to bed and he whispers to her that the pretty auntie is actually her birth mother and she must love her a lot, no she loves her a lot.

Yu-ri list down all the things she wants to do before she leaves, first on the list is to keep her promise to her friends, she treats her friends to a bbq as a ghostly offering so they could actually eat it, the ghosts finally decided to go with Yu-ri because they don't want to scare their family with the thought that they are still lingering around this world as ghosts, they made a toast and promise each other to meet again in their next life.

Yu-ri also fulfills her promise to return the kindness of  Pil-Seung's family and treat Pil-Seung to a homemade brunch together with her family, she told her parents that she is a good friend of Pil-Seung's family that made Pil-Seung confused but he didn't ask further and just dig into the food.

The next on the list is Yu-ri wants to experience mom's everyday life that's why she hangs out with Hyun Jung at the kid's cafe as they watch the kids play while they are enjoying their cup of coffee. She also goes to a picnic with her family including Seo Woo and they spent all day having fun outdoor.

The last in Yu-ri's list is to say goodbye to the people that are closest to her which are Gang Hwa, Hyun Jung, and Geun Sang. They brought the kids with them on a camping trip. Hyun Jung and Yu-ri shares the same car with the kids and they were singing happily on the way to the campsite while Geun Sang looked awfully bored in the other car where he shares the ride with still melancholic Gang Hwa.

They spent the night eating and singing happily together and Yu-ri looks happy and fulfilled as Gang Hwa quietly watches her.

Yu-ri and Gang Hwa finds a spot to talk, Gang Hwa asked if Yu-ri is happy with a wide happy smile Yu-ri said that she is because she can finally leave with a smile, Gang Hwa asks if she regrets anything and Yu-ri told him that she admires her mother the most and she regrets that she couldn't be that kind of mother to Seo Woo, she then turns to look at Gang Hwa and told him that since she can it's up for Gang Hwa to be that kind of parent to Seo Woo and Gang promise her that he will.

Now it's Yu-ri's turn to ask, she asked Gang Hwa what does he missed the most when she died and he told him that he was most sad with the fact that he couldn't grow old with Yu-ri because he always dreamed of getting married, having a child and growing old together and Yu-ri told him that she wanted the same thing. Gang Hwa smiled and thanked her for giving him Seo Woo, they lean for a hug and stayed like that for awhile. 

Yu-ri's mom steps outside and saw the flowers in full bloom. It was Yu-ri's final day, she gives her final goodbye to Seo Woo and told her to always smile and come to her again in her next life.

"Bye, Mom" Seo Woo gently said when Yu-ri hugged her, Yu-ri's eyes fill with tears upon hearing Seo Woo call her mom for the first and last time.

Ms. Mi-dong is there to send off Yu-ri, they thanked each other for their friendship, and Ms. Mi-dong told Yu-ri that she still has one final goodbye to give and brings out a mirror. Yu-ri stares at herself in the mirror and said goodbye to this life before she walks on her own to the path surrounded by blossoming trees.

"Gang Hwa, Seo Woo, When you go to heaven, God will ask you two questions. If you answer yes to both questions, you can be reborn as a human in your next life. First, were you happy with your life? And the other question is Were other people happy because of you?"

"Let's be reborn as humans and meet again in next life," Yu-ri said in voiceover

Seo Woo sits on a bench as a young lady while she's holding a book with a polaroid picture of her with Yu-ri and Gang Hwa at the amusement park, reads "My baby, Will you remember that I was with you?"

Seo Woo folds the book and title says "Petals fall, but the Flowers Endures" 

Gang Hwa and Min Jung arrived and called Seo Woo, and they walk on the path of blossoming trees as they talk and laugh together.
