Afterwards, The Moonchasers went to the place that the Supremo indicated. There was a general air of foreboding as they went to the Muerte Uno. They knew that the Supremo was angry at the series of attacks on his bulwark's businesses. And as their enemies, they were not expecting good news on his supposed surprise gift.
Though, expecting the worst, they were still heartbroken to discover the lifeless body of Hayfe waiting for them, lying on the floor. They cried for her angelic, listless form and wondered what happened to Tristan.
For her part, Malia tried not to cry as she learned what happened to Hayfe. Instead, she focused all her fears and anxieties on keeping her attention to their goals.
Likewise, Professor T. then called Jacintha to informed her regarding Malia's intention to delve into Supremo's personal life to find a clue on his supposed weakness. Listening to him, she nodded and told him to let her do as she wishes. At the other end of the line, there was an obvious surprise in his tone as he repeated himself, "are you sure that this is what we are going to do?"
"Yes."
So, not wasting any time, Malia was able to talk to Supremo's former nanny with the help of Jacintha. They arranged the talk between the Supremo and his nanny. And true to her deductions, Supremo was taken aback at her reappearance to his life. He was unresponsive from her pleas to see him after long years of no communication but judging from her abrupt ending of the phone call, it was a dead giveaway. Malia told Professor that they may need to wait awhile. She thought that the Supremo will call back for she was one of the most important figures in his human life and he wouldn't resist her pleas.

Meanwhile, Baristo held a meeting in their own headquarters and discussed Malia's action plans to their comrades. They debated, speculated and planned their next steps in conjunction to her strategy, willing to help the Chosen One with anything that they can.
⟲ Supremo ⟳
True enough, he called back. However, it was not what Malia was expecting. Supremo remained unmoved. He claimed that his heart has been dead for a long, long while and he doesn't feel anything, least to his former nanny. And to reiterate his response, he gave them an ultimatum; they need to surrender the Professor, the woman in red cape and the Chosen One if they still want Tristan to live.
⟲ Moonchasers' HQ ⟳
As per their usual discussions and meeting, some members of LLU'S and Professor T. were gathered at the latter's headquarters, planning and deciding their response to the Supremo's ultimatum when an unexpected figure entered the domain.
They all went quiet, their gazes riveted to the approaching figure.
And Jacintha strolled in like a warrior that she was, her cold, steady gaze summing them all up. Her confident, easy strides oozing with power and wisdom as she accepted their varying degrees of surprise, wonder and curiosity at her entrance. She stopped a few feet away from their stunned gaze and focused on Malia.
"Bakit ka nandito?" Malia asked her with a steady voice, her voice level.
"Siya na ang bagong namumuno sa Moon Chasers." Professor T. stated in her behalf. And, Malia looked at her with dawning incredulity.
