La Luna Sangre: Gameplay, Episode 93 recap

Samantha visited Gilbert in his lair, commenting on the fact that Jacintha Magsaysay who was working for him as his political strategist was very much look alike of Lia. She also speculated that Jacintha was actually in fact Lia who was posing as someone else in order to kill him.

Not heeding her, Supremo poured himself a glass of blood. "Matagal ko ng napatunayan na hindi siya si Lia." He said shortly.

"Si Lia man siya o si Jacintha, gagawin ko siyang kakampi para labanan ka." She declared.

He didn't like that. But he didn't acknowledge her intention towards Jacintha. Instead, he smiled at her. "Ang susunod kong hakbang ay ubusin lahat ng kabataan na pinamumunuan mo. Ang organisasyon na itinatag mo upang kalabanin ako."

She almost lost her cool as he gazed at him.

Satisfied that he had the upper hand in the conversation now. He looked at her calmly and confidently. "Uubusin ko ang mga kabataang hinahawakan mo uunahin ko ang mga mahal nila sa buhay."

⟲ Moonchasers' HQ ⟳

The next day, Tristan lead the team in tracking all their family and love ones that might be in trouble because of Supremo's wrath. They expected the vampire's vengeance on their participation on openly defying and attacking him and sabotaging his plans. They were in the process of making a list and plans when Tristan received a call from Patrick; his sister had just been killed by a vampire.

Meanwhile, Jacintha opened the doors on Gilbert's office and it was Barang's face that she immediately encountered. And as immediate as the creation of time, they faced each other like old adversaries.

Her face was full of heat and fire, her eyes full of unspoken accusations and distrust as Barang looked at her. Nevertheless, she stood back as Jacintha entered the room to speak to Gilbert. 

"Gilbert, I just spoken to the communications manager regarding your interview. I'll set it up as soon as possible." Jacintha addressed her employer. And at his nod of assent, she exited the room without looking at Barang.

After Jacintha left, Barang confronted Gilbert. "Hindi mo ba nakikita na pinaglalaruan ka lang ng dalawa?" She hissed in frustration.

But he remained deaf to her concerns and advices.

⟲ Moonchasers' HQ ⟳

In the aftermath of the murder of Patrick's sister, the group convened into their conference room and Samantha revealed that the Supremo intends to kill them and all the people they care about. The important thing that they need to do as soon as possible is to get their family into safety before the vampires get their hands on them.

⟲ Restaurant ⟳

Coincidentally, Doc chose a fine time to invite Betty for lunch that day. They were having a nice comfortable meal when they were rudely interrupted with Tristan's call.

Tristan and Malia went over to his home to organize their moving out. However, he was beside himself upon learning that Betty was nowhere in sight. He called her immediately.

"Tita, asan ka?" He asked urgently.

"Andito kasama ni Doc." Betty answered confusedly.

"Tita, bakit hindi ka nagsasabi kung saan ka pupunta." He reprimanded her like he was talking to Apple. And before Betty could answer, he continued. "Tita, wag kang aalis jan. Pupuntahan kita."

⟲ Jacintha & Samantha ⟳

In the meantime, Samantha met with Jacintha and discussed their immediate actions. "Plano nyang ubusin ang Moonchasers kasama ang mga pamilya nila." Samantha relayed to Jacintha of her brother's plans.

Looking faraway, her mind obviously thinking about strategies, Jacintha said. "Kailangan na nating magmadali sa pinaplano natin. Hindi siya dapat magtagumpay sa binabalak nya."

"Kamusta ang pinapagawa ko kay Professor?" She asked Samantha.

"He's still working on it."

Jacintha sighed, "kailangan nang may resulta sa ginagawa nya para mangyari ang pinaplano natin." She said.

⟲ Moonchasers' HQ ⟳

All the while, the professor in question was diligently working on his experiments. He even experimented on himself, trying to make it work, determined to make it work.

⟲ Supremo's Den ⟳

Again, after her meeting with Jacintha, Samantha went to Supremo's den to talk to him regarding Jacintha. Her repeated speculations regarding his political strategist and her vocal intention to get Jacintha on her side grated on his nerves. His face was dark, his jaw clenched as he sipped his blood wine, not raising to her baits.

"I already told you that she's not Lia." He claimed.

Once again, like in the hospital her slanted eyes sparkled with mischief. "You are in love with her," she breathes.

He ignored her. Though, there was a visible softening in his eyes as his thoughts went obviously to the person they were discussing.

And to the person who were observing from the distance, if she didn't know the true situation between the two siblings; it looked liked a sweet sibling camaraderie. But she knew better. Her eyes glared at Samantha things went over her head.

Samantha was done irritating her brother, so she turned to leave but his voice halted her progress.

"Pupunta ka ba sa mga alagad mo?" It was his turn to gloat, not missing the opportunity to turn the table at her.

Samantha lost her light-hearted demeanor as Supremo slowly circled around her, "natatakot ka ba na pagdating mo ay patay na sila kaya tatakbo ka sa tabi nila upang ipagtanggol sila."

She looked at him and lifted her chin, "kaya ng mga tao ko na ipagtanggol ang sarili nila." She strongly defended her young members.

His smile was gloating, knowing as he raised his glass at her, "then, lahat sila ay mamatay."

⟲ Robbie's Family ⟳

So, it began...the vampires moved simultaneously, targeting the families of every Moonchasers. They started out with Robbie's family. Robbie and the others checked in his family in a hotel, thinking that the residential ambiance of the location could hamper the intent of their enemies.

Or so, they mistaken. They were taken by surprise when the vampire knocked and immediately went on attack.

They threw Robbie and escaped with one of his family member.

⟲ Doc & Betty ⟳

At the same time, Doc was intent on proposing to Betty. He insisted that they went to the the restaurant's balcony in a pretext of showing her something. Fortunately, Tristan arrived on time and ushered them unceremoniously inside the restaurant.

However, the vampires were already there and started for them. Betty screamed in fright. Patrick and the others went into fighting stance and told Tristan that he can leave and put his aunt and doc into safety first.

Tristan didn't need to be told the second time as he guided his aunt and foster father out of the restaurant while Patrick and the others fought with the vampires.

⟲ Supremo's Den ⟳

After her talk with her brother, Samantha was accosted by Barang in one of the dark crevice of Supremo's Den. She appeared before her, out of nowhere looking at Samantha with cold, hard eyes.

"Anong ginagawa mo, Samantha?" She demanded.

"Kinakausap ko lamang ang aking kapatid." She answered calmly.

"Kinakausap or nilalason mo ang isipan nya tungkol kay Lia." She wildly accused her.

"Alam mo na si Jacintha ay si Lia?" She blurted out incredulously. Samantha could have won best actress with an feigned act of ignorance.

Barang scoffed, disbelieving of her innocent. "Oh, come on Samantha! Wag kang magmaang maangan pa, alam ko na kasabwat ka ni Lia para kalabanin ang Supremo."

Samantha compressed her lips against her accusations, her eyes gauging Barang, mentally evaluating on how much she knows.

Barang went on confidently, anger apparent on her voice. "Ginugulo ang isip ng Supremo sa ginagawa mo. Pinagtutulungan nyo siya at gagawin ko ang lahat upang lumitaw ang katotohanan."

"Ano pa ang sabihin mo, gagawin ko ang lahat para mapigilan ang Supremo sa mga masasamang balak niya. At kung kasama dun si Jacintha upang tulungan ako, gagawin ko."

Subtly disdaining Barang's field of energy, she confidently sauntered forward. Her eyes on her surrogate mother, she  regally walked past her. And as she passed her, she looked back. Her face not so confident anymore, she gave her a last look before flashing out of the den.
