Dolce Amore: True Feeling; true colors of Simon episode 118 recap

    After Simon's outburst that Serena was his ex-girlfriend, he and River sat down to talk.

    River still managed to smile and remained positive upon learning the relationship background between Serena and Simon.

   Of course, Simon looked liked he found it ridiculous that River could still found humor in their situation and he still wants a date with Serena.

   Meanwhile, Serena and Simon's parents spent the afternoon talking about Tenten and the changes in him. Serena explained the reason why she was a no show to their meeting the other night was because she felt that they have nothing to talk about since Simon has no hold over them in regards to Villa Marchesa after a family decision to let it go.

    In the middle of their lunch, they were joined by Jeijei who came with Kulot. Serena smiled at the child and entertained her while the child showed her some her doodles in the notebook.

    Serena complimented Kulot on her drawings while turning the pages to look at her other works. Then she was confused when she noticed something that was amiss. The notebook clearly do not belonged to Kulot. Then she was amazed when she came upon the lists of Simon's bucket lists.

   One of the lists was to acquire a rest house that Simon can reflect and meditate to and River Cruz has  a name written beside it. Serena and Nanay Taps look at each other while mulling about the lists. Then Nanay Taps appealed anew to Serena, "kaya nga Serena, nakikiusap ako na wag mong susukuan si Tenten."

    That night, Serena and Simon met in a restaurant. It was a formal dinner but a far cry from what Simon had prepared earlier. They look at each other like a duelists, neither are backing down. Serena immediately stated their case as she informed him that she will agree to his proposal to have a date with River Cruz in exchange of Villa Marchesa.

As they shook their hands in a deal, tears gathered in Serena's eyes as they were lost in a moment. 

    Like a moment in time, they were lost in each other's eyes.

    Just like their story, the magic eventually broken up and they retreated behind their masks. They ordered their food and wine. While eating, Serena informed Simon that she had already spoken with River and they have already arranged for a date.


Meanwhile...

   on the other hand, everyone was rooting for Tenten and Serena to get back together especially when they get together as a group.

   The next day, Simon ordered Connie to investigate River Cruz's background that focuses on unsavory details, scandals and all that is negative, much to his assistant's consternation.
