La Luna Sangre - Death Circle, episode 110 recap

La Luna Sangre: Death Circle, episode 110 recap

The next morning following Tristan and the others' captivity, some of LLU members, including Malia, went to the SMV corporation to observe the activities on the vicinity. They had strong suspicions that Tristan and the other's were in the basement of the building.

Everyone was concerned for the captive's safety, lest of all was Malia. She kept on looking at the gold embossed name of the vampire corporation and kept on watching the people that kept on going ins and out of the building for a long while. Silently berating herself for her inability to save him and for not even sure where he was. The only thing that she was certain about is that he was alive for she can felt it in her heart that he was.

Finally, she turned to Erin to give out her instructions. "Manmanan n'yong mabuti ang lahat ng mga galaw dito. I report nyo agad sa akin kapag may nalaman kayo na makakatulong sa atin."

⟲ Supremo's Den ⟳

Meanwhile, Supremo humored Tristan's childish play of throwing down the gauntlet. His eyes, black as a crow, measured the younger man and found him merely lacking. But, they have one thing that he wanted the most at the moment; information. He needed the information about Professor for he was the one responsible for the anti-vampire virus. Until then, he gave them an ultimatum that he will kill them one by one if no one will speak of their leader's whereabouts.

On the other hand, though he dared to challenge the evil lord, Tristan was visibly shaking. More so, on the inside. On the outside, he tried to be as brave as he could. There was no confidence in his fighting stance, only bravado as he gazed at the Supremo in open defiance. He knew he was no match for the powerful vampire, still, he fought.

Tristan took the initiative as he lunged for attack. Supremo merely side stepped his attempts, openly ridiculing his weak attempts of aggression. Breathing heavily, he jumped high in the air, his legs moving like a pendulum in his opponent's direction. However, his foot landed in the air. Then, his eyesight blurred when he was hit at the side of his head with a force he didn't saw. And with that same invisible force, he was swung high in the air and was thrown inside the cell. The steel door clanged shut as he landed in a heap at Hanno and Elisse's feet.

The next thing they knew, Vincent was pulled backwards by the Supremo. "Vincent!" They all shouted as Tristan scrambled to his feet, his eyes on his comrades convulsing body and wide, fearful eyes. Supremo moved his hand in a circular motion and instantly, blood escaped from Vincent's eyes, nose and ears. When Supremo's hand relaxed it's motion, he fell in the ground, dead.

And Tristan and the others were silenced by terror.

After a while, Tristan slumped on the cold floor, his back on the wall and his gaze too far away. Ellise was crying while Hanno comforted her.

⟲ Enchanted Forest ⟳

Jacintha was transported back inside the forest, her whole being shook with the shock of what she watched on the walled mirror. She saw that Samantha was killed by the Supremo and she couldn't believe that it was true. She was greeted by the boy who was waiting for her on the same spot where she left him. "Ate!" He cried as he ran to her and embraced her on the waist. "Akala ko po iniwan nyo na ako." He said. There was relief and happiness in the voice.

And for a while, Jacintha struggled with her emotions.

Then, she presented the boy in front of the hermit.

"Hindi mo siya pinatay." He said unnecessarily, eyeing the silent boy.

"Hindi siya ang totoo kong kalaban, ang mortal kong kaaway ay nasa labas. Ang batang ito ay gawagawa lamang ng iyong salamangka." She explained calmly while looking at the boy.

Then, she turned her slanted eyes on him, looked at him directly on his eyes, and after a minute, bowed her head to him. "Nakikiusap ako na iyong ipahiram ang aklat ng hiwaga. Maraming nanganganib na buhay sa kamay ng aking katunggali. Kailangan ang ang aklat upang baligtarin ang sumpang tinta." She expressed humbly.

At her words, the hermit smiled. He kept on nodding as if he was agreeing to her words. Then, he raised his gnarled hand to her.

The next moment, Jacintha opened her eyes and found herself lying on the thick foliage, under a huge tree with big roots stretching out like an angel's arms around her, protecting her. Everything around her looked and felt different. Maybe because, she was already outside of the  enchanted forest, though, the memories were still in her eyes as words kept echoing in her mind.

“Madilim ang daan na tinatahak mo, nawa’y magsilbing gabay ang liwanag ng iyong puso dahil ang aklat na ‘yan ay magiging makabuluhan sa kamay ng kabutihan, kasiraan sa kamay ng kasamaan.”

She sat up. She was on the same spot where she first met the hermit. But there was no enchantment this time. She stood up, her eyes wandering around. Then, inevitably, she saw the book hidden under the protruding roots of the tree. She gently picked it up. She leafed at the book and saw the ancient ancient that was written inside.

⟲ Mapulang Lupa ⟳

In the mean time, Professot T., as per his protocol when the situation of his people was deemed dire or considered dead, he went to their families to inform them thus. And Betty was filled with fear and foreboding at her nephew''s situation.

⟲ LLU HQ ⟳

In the interim, the LLU were having their morning meetings regarding the Moonchasers' situation. Erin was questioning Malia's decision to include the new recruits in their plans when they are not certain of their allegiance as of yet. Nevertheless, they continued their surveillance around the SMV Corporation and other things that might help them in their search.

Later, Baristo followed Malia on the roof of their headquarters. There, he was alarmed to see Malia standing above the stonewall, a hair's breath of plunging down the high building.

"Malia!" He called, fearful for her safety. Malia looked at him with tears on her eyes.

Kung may kapangyarihan lang sana ako...
Then, she closed her eyes as she jumped backwards into the deep space below.
