La Luna Sangre - Slow burn, episode 100 recap

La Luna Sangre: Slow burn, episode 100 recap

Following Baristo, Jethro and the other's unwelcome visit at her home, Jacintha was a little disturbed. And sensing the ambivalence on Jacintha's emotions, Samantha urged her to focus on their goal and told her not to get affected by their current situation.

Jacintha looked beyond her window, her thoughts still on the people that came to visit her last night. She was still the cool, sophisticated strategist, but there was a certain element of vulnerability on her countenance and an invisible shaking that can only be felt.

Finally, she turned to Samantha and affirmed at what she has been told. "Yes, tama ka. Dapat tayong maging maingat sa pagkilos. Kailangan nating mapuksa ang Supremo sa lalong madaling panahon."

However, before they could do that, she got another visitor. She looked beyond the windows and turned to Samantha wordlessly when she saw Malia standing outside her gate.

And Jacintha has no recourse but to face Malia even just to fulfill the need to end their quest on her true identity.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" Jacintha asked slowly.

Malia's blinking eyes and shortened breathed revealed her trepidation having to face Jacintha. But her voice was strong enough as she answered. "Kung alam mo ang tunay na pagkatao ni Gilbert Imperial, naniniwala ako na hindi ka kaisa sa layunin na binabalak niya."

But Jacintha only looked at her silently, wordlessly as she listened to her express her cause.

Then, like a moment in time, Malia saw rainbows as tears started to blur her sight when Jacintha walked towards her, smoothened her hair slowly, slowly and lingeringly. Still silent, Jacintha focused her slanted gaze at Malia's brown locks.

Then softly, gently she said to her. "Alam mo, umuwi ka na."

It sounded like and felt like a mother reminding her daughter that it's past the decent time to roam around the dark streets alone that emotions came surging inside Malia's chest. Again. She controlled her feelings with an effort of will. She looked at the person with the face of her mother and mustered the courage not to fling on her arms and cry. Specially so when Jacintha silently turned her back and started walking inside her house.

"Sumapi ka sa amin...Jacintha." Malia blurted out at Jacintha's retreating back. Not wanting to end their meeting. Not wanting to end it like that.

⟲ Moonchasers' HQ ⟳

Meanwhile, all members of Moonchasers has received the serum and was busy recovering from the virus and the subsequent cure inside the infirmary.

However, Tristan has yet to receive the cure because his body wasn't giving any symptoms of bacteria taking effect on his body.

They were all curious and surprise that Patrick made a joke of it because he was the only one who was getting that kind of reaction from the virus.

⟲ Supremo's Den ⟳

All the while, Supremo was still grieving about Barang, remembering her as someone and the only one who truly cared about him. Slowly, the anger and hatred in his being burst forth at that recollection. His heart was dead, so it has to be his whole vampire being.

So, he gathered his legion and announced to them that they will be going to war.

In the interim, Tristan tried another dose of serum, thinking that it will expedite the process of virus infection on his body.

And it was not before long that the virus took effect. However, the reaction was so extreme and was so painful that Tristan shouted the Professor's name to get his attention.

Professor T. rushed to his side, calling his name as he fainted.

Immediately, he called Samantha.

After a while, she arrived at the infirmary, found the professor slumped into the chair and waiting for her while Tristan was lying to the bed. After a cursory glance at the professor, she went over Tristan's side and felt his pulse. She looked worriedly at the professor when she felt him cold.

Then, his vital signs immediately went down.

Professor had to the CPR and electric shock in his efforts to revive him. But all his efforts was nil when Tristan's vital signs went to flat line. Despairing and disbelieving, the professor shook his head. He repeatedly said no as he continued to shock Tristan's body.

"Theodore!" Samantha shouted to gain his attention. He looked at her in despair.

"Wala na siya." She said simply.

Like a candle, the professor fell into the cold, tiled floor and slumped. And after a few heartbeats, looking at Tristan's lifeless body Samantha decided. "Pero tama ka. Hindi siya pwedeng mamatay."

Professor T. guessed Samantha's intention and stood up to prevent her. He remembered his child that he lost years before from a vampire and he doesn't want to repeat that.

"No! He does not like that!" Professor screamed at her.

Samantha pushed him aside.

But, as Samantha was about to sink her fangs on the side of Tristan's neck, he woke up like a drowning man. He gasped at the air, his eyes rounded.

Professor stood shocked.

And Samantha could only at the professor in askance.

After a long while, Samantha visited Tristan in the infirmary and had a quiet satisfaction that his vital signs was stable.

⟲ Youtopia ⟳

Battle lines! Jacintha went to work at Youtopia and pretended that nothing untoward has happened like the death of Barang.

However, it was a different case for Gilbert Imperial as he stood staring at her when she went inside his office. Hatred and desire for revenge was emanating from him. It was intangible that Jacintha picked it up.

And, they looked at each other like old war enemies.

"May isang mahalagang tao ang nawala sa akin at gusto ko siyang paghigantihan." He began conversationally.

Jacintha managed to give out an acceptable response while pretending to organize the campaign uniform that she was presenting for him for approval. "It's okay, I knew you are capable for that." She murmured.

"Ikaw? Nakaramdam ka na ba ng ganoong damdamin? Na may gusto kang paghigantihan." He was trying to nail her.

She looked at him, "as long as siguraduhin mo na mapapatay mo siya. Dahil kung hindi, baka balikan ka niya."
