La Luna Sangre - Hidden message, episode 102 recap

La Luna Sangre: Hidden message, episode 102 recap

After getting a glimpse on Barang's memories, Jacintha turned to Samantha with a fast speeding heart. She was filled with trepidation on what she saw and stated that they need to find the book that contained the spell on which Barang used to protect Sandrino.

"Sige, ako ang hahanap sa mahiwagang libro." Samantha offered.

"Hindi," Jacintha quickly interjected. "Nanganganib ang members ng Moonchaser,' hindi ba? Kailangan ka nila."

Samantha went still at that reminder. She went looking at her in silence while Jacintha assimilated the consequences of the past that belong to the person they wanted to end the most. Then, she looked at Samantha with renewed resolved.

"Sabay tayong kikilos upang pabagsakin ang Supremo."

Restored to her former nature, Jacintha went back to Youtopia and quickly informed Gilbert of her plan to return to Thailand for some business assignments that she left for President Saudama. She coolly informed her employer that all the details that needed for his campaign has already been dealt with by her and they would be no expected mishaps on the campaign period even at her absence.

"Sandali lang naman akong mawawala. Pagkatapos ng trabaho ko sa Thailand, babalik din ako." She told him quietly while he listened with careful, gentle expression on his face.

But inside, he was quietly simmering. He watched Jacintha like a hawk, obviously looking for signs that will implicate her. However, she was every bit as strong as he was in hiding emotions such as hate and apathy.

After giving her one of his smile, he walked back in his office and instructed one of his vampires to trail after Jacintha.

Meanwhile, Malia and Jake went around the headquarters doing final preparations as her decision to leave the organization definite.

Of course, she was also waiting for Tristan to make a decision regarding her offer to join her in La Liga Unida.

Coincidentally, they met each other in the hallway and Tristan gave her his decision.

Initially, he was unable to voice out his decision to remain in the Moonchasers because as much as he wanted to remain with his teammates that has become his family, he hated parting ways with Toni. But Malia understood and gently stopped his halting words.

"Tristan, naiintindihan ko." She gently cut him off. Though, she was disheartened by his decision.

So, Tristan went into the meeting like a sleepwalker.

For he left his heart...

...to Toni/Malia who stopped to gave one last lingering look on the place that has become a family for her too. And to the person that has a special place on her heart.

⟲ LLU HQ ⟳

Back at La Liga Unida, Malia immediately embark on her journey to find out if Jacintha Magsaysay was an ally or a foe. Erin managed to track down Jacintha's movements using satellite technology.

Taking action! They plan to test Jacintha on the SMV's car park with some of her comrades acting as snatchers. They deduced that if attacked, Jacintha will have no option but to show her powers.

However, if the hoax prove Jacintha to be a normal human being, Malia promised that she will stop hounding the poor woman and finally focus on their cause.

So, Malia hid herself in between the stationary vehicles that parked inside the building and watched as they apprehended Jacintha. She winced when she saw that Erin punched Jacintha in the stomach, causing the latter to doubled over.

Deceived. The moment Jacintha stepped on the building's car park, she already sensed the waiting stillness around the vicinity. She sighed inwardly as without looking around, she knew that several people were watching her within the hidden corners of the darkened place looking for the right opportunity to pounce on her.

It came as no surprise when she was approached by two masked men and made a play of snatching her bag. She resisted like any normal person and was ready when one of them gave her a punch in the solar plexus. She screamed in agony. All the while, thinking of the ways to get out of the irritating scene without revealing herself.

Fortunately, some volunteers of Youtopia went inside and she was able to compel them to get involved. Erin and the others backed away as the volunteers approached Jacintha in an effort to help her. And, Jacintha gave an another soundless sigh as Malia was forcibly ushered away from the scene.

Night time, the Moonchasers' meeting was done for the day. And as they was walking out, Tristan sent Malia a text message just to ask her about her day.

Malia smiled as she received Tristan message and she messaged him back. Eventually, they talked and she was worried to discovered that Tristan had difficulty on the virus that he taken.

⟲ Malia & Tristan ⟳

The next morning, Malia was walking down the road on her way somewhere when Tristan's jeepney pulled stop on her side.

Happy to see him, she smiled and asked, "bakit ka nandito?"

There was lightness in Tristan's face as he smiled at her too, "hindi ba sinabi ko sa'yo kagabi na susunduin kita? Kaya halika na, ihahatid na kita."

However, even before Malia could get in inside the jeepney, Tristan received a call from Professor T. signalling gravity in situation.

So, he went straight to the headquarters and he found out that there has been a massacre. They watched the news alert as a group and discussed quietly about it. Obviously, the responsible was the vampires based on the wounds on the victims. But, what was confounding regarding the crime was that the culprits left a doll with an image of a woman in a red cape.

Professor T. called Samantha regarding the hidden message. Samantha listened calmly at the other end of the line and told him, "ako na ang bahala." And the line went dead.

⟲ LLU HQ ⟳

At the same time, Malia also discussed the massacre with her own group. They got the hidden message regarding the red-caped doll. They were sure that the Supremo was looking for the red-caped woman who helped them the day they saved Catleya. And it was also obvious that the Supremo didn't know the identity of the woman in red cape. Hence, the hidden message.

⟲ Red Cape ⟳

That night, Supremo's vampires lured the red-caped woman in a secluded building. As expected, she appeared at the time when they was about to kill several people and she was there to save them.

They lead her inside and made a play as if fighting her.

However, they back away when the Supremo appeared from a cloud of dark clouds. It was apparent that they only served as a bait to lured her out of the hiding. The woman went still, facing him, waiting.

"Sino ka para kalabanin ako!" He shouted from the distance that separated them. She didn't answer. Instead, she flew high in the air and made a lunged at him. The woman played the aggressor while the Supremo only side-stepped her attempts with one arm placed at his back as if denoting that her power was no match from him.

She staggered back when he blocked her claws. Then she jumped high and went straight for him. Then she feinted and disappeared into the darkness.

Then, using darkness as an effective cloak, she appeared to the Supremo's back and began enveloping him within her red cape.

However, she didn't counted on him having a blood of a snake. He appeared in front of her as she locked the "Supremo" in an arm lock. Unfortunately, it was like shedding his skin

She landed in the cold floor heavily.

The dark aura was still around him as he approached her. He walked towards her slowly and turned the prone figure on her back. He pushed carelessly on the hood that hid her face and stood back to see her face clearly. His eyes rounded in surprise as he saw Samantha.

Samantha looked at her brother with glazed eyes, breathing heavily and struggling from the pain.

As soon as he saw her, he knelt by her side. His face full of contrition, he touched his arms as if he wanted to hug her. "Samantha, patawarin mo ako. Hindi ko sinasadya. Bakit hindi mo sinabi sa akin?"

Samantha could only look at her as Supremo repeatedly asked for her forgiveness. Gasping for air, her hand on the open wounds that he inflicted, she tried to smile at him.

"Pinapatawad kita." She said softly.

Supremo smiled benignly at her. They look and smiled at each other as if none of the hatred, dissent and differences had existed between them. It was soon replaced with a bond as old as time, a blood kin that could be made stronger by love.

And for interminable moments, they both heard drum beats that only came from her chest. It was soft at first, an echo of life that was starting the grow within her. Then, it became stronger and steady.

"Tumitibok na ang puso mo, Samantha." Supremo blurted  out, seemingly happily for her. And Samantha's head moved as if she was nodding at her.

And then, like a quicksilver, his expression changed from one gentle countenance to an emotion of hatred that made Samantha's heart almost stopped beating. "Sinadya ko talagang patibukin ang puso mo para mapatay na kita. Traidor ka sa ama natin. Traidor ka kay Barang. Traidor ka sa akin. And dapat sayo ay mamatay at hindi na muling mabuhay pa." He space out the words carefully, ruthlessly while glaring at her.

Unable to move, Samantha's mouth worked soundlessly, her eyes riveted on him.

Samantha gave a loud gasp as Supremo's hand dug inside her stomach. Her beautiful face creased in pain as tears started to flow from her pained eyes. Slowly, she closed her eyes. And she was gone.

Supremo stood. He looked down at her lifeless form in a cold-blooded way. Satisfied and elated that he finally rid of her.

And then, he walked out.
