Serena cannot control her laughter with what River had said to her. "What?" River asked with a smile in his voice. "Wala, may naaalala lang ako." Serena answered in between laughter. Then they began a series of jokes that only the two of them can understand. Simon who was watching their interplay in the background almost exploded with indignation, his nostrils flaring and his eyes rounded like a crazed man. Once, the elevator opened, he ushered them out of the elevator post haste.

"Sir, sino po ang uunahin nyong kausapin?" Connie tentatively asked behind his shoulders.

"Si River!" Simon snarled at her before walking like a wounded dog up in his office.

And while waiting for Simon to end his meeting with River Cruz, she was approached by Hannah. "Hi, you must be Serena, I'm Hannah Conde." She said while extending her hand to her. Serena looked at the polished face of the woman before her and she remembered the first time she saw her. "Ahh,"she said as she stood up, "you're anaconda."

"W-what?" Hannah looked like she just swallowed a mouthful of acids.

Meanwhile, River assured Simon in his office that he was in the process of convincing his grandparents to sell the property to him.

"And dude, thanks again for setting me up for Serena. Last night was super fun." River had a far away look on his face like a man deeply in love. Simon looked up from the documents he's been reviewing, "fun?" Simon seconded, then he went back to his papers. If looks could kill, the papers will be pulverized right now.

"Ano ba ang definition ng fun? Ano ba ang nangyari sa inyo?"

Meanwhile...

After recovering from her initial confusion to Serena's acid attack, Hannah shot back at Serena, "hindi ka naman pala ganun kaganda." And before blood could be spilled, Serena was called in Simon's office.

Serena thanked Simon as their deal was closed.

And yet again, they shook their hands on it. And Serena was once again filled with sadness for what might have beens.

Later on...

Serena went to Simon's house to talk to his parents about the finality of the deal that she made with Simon about Villa Marchesa. Nanay Taps asked Serena if she still loves Simon, obviously heading for something. She bowed her head for a moment then she looked at Nanay taps. "Mahal ko po si Tenten..'yung noon, hindi yung ngayon."

"Kaya nga wag mo sanang sukuan ang anak ko, Serena. Para naman sa ganuon ay mapatawad na niya ang Mama mo."

Serena sighed loudly, "so ano po ang gusto nyong gawin ko?"

"Gusto sana namin na tulungan mo si Simon para bumalik siya sa dati." Nanay Taps said. Then right on cue, River called Serena, asking her to go out. Serena was about to decline but when she noticed that Simon just came inside the premises, she immediately said yes. After her call, she bid them goodbye.

"Oh Tenten, ihatid mo muna si Serena sa labas." Nanay Taps said to the unsmiling Simon. Serena looked at him for a moment but when he stood so still and unresponsive, she kissed Nanay Taps and Tatay Dodoy's and passed him on the hallway.

"Ihahatid na kita," Simon said to her, much to all their astonishment.

"Oh sige na, Serena, baka ma-late ka diyan sa date mo kay River." Nanay Taps called loudly, making sure that Simon knows about her date.

Just before the wooden door, Simon made a comment about River. "Mukhang nagkakamabutihan na kayo ni River, hindi mo na kailangan na magpanggap." Serena looked at him as if irritated, "River is a good person."

Simon's ire was kept in check because of his parents inquisitive eyes and ears. "Kaya ba madali kang bumigay? Magpakipot ka naman!"

"You know what? You sound like a jealous boyfriend."

"Jealous? Your jealous boyfriend?"

Serena nodded, "yes."

"Hindi ako nagseselos, hindi ba ikaw na rin ang nagsabi na we should drop the formality?" Simon shot back. Serena chose to keep quiet and headed out instead.

On the other hand...

The Ibarra's were formulating another solution to the problem that is Tenten, thus the name operation Tenten because they aim to bring back the old person that is hiding inside the facade of coldness and ruthlessness.

They shared their ideas before Nanay Taps and Tatay Dodoy who agreed wholeheartedly to their schemes. They plan to attend the Cruz's gathering with the Marchesa's tomorrow and though they knew what Simon's reaction will be upon knowing Senora Luciana's presence in the gathering.
